About Management Works
Management Works is an initiative of the government agency Skillnets who support a wide range of training and development programmes for Irish businesses.The Management Works programmes includes the Lean Business Programme of which LBSPartners are a key provider. Participant list includes companies from Food & Drink, Manufacturing, Engineering, Financial and Environmental sectors.
Key Programme Objectives
We provide a training course to 3 participants from 4 companies involved in different sectors. The training course is a Lean Green Belt Programme held over 5 days (2 consecutive and a day a week for 3 weeks) as well as an onsite project to be identified by the participants. Attendees include managers, team leaders and project managers. As a key outcome of the programme, attendees chose an in house live project to be completed using the skills learnt on the training programme. The emphasis is on developing confidence, capability and practical application through supported project work.
Results Achieved
Participants have achieved Lean Green Belt level certification and project work has seen significant bottom line improvements delivered. Each company attending the training course is assigned a consultant for mentoring and lead. Past project have achieve:
