Eddie O’Neill is a Lean consultant and coach, and is the Training and Education lead within Lean Business Systems. He has vast expertise in coaching, mentoring and consulting across multiple sectors and also specialises in development and delivery of education programmes ranging from Leadership Development, through Lean Project management, Lean Green Belt, and effective Problem Solving.
Dell – Senior Manager Engineering
Spanning various roles Eddie led a number of high performance senior engineering teams including New Products, Process Engineering and Quality Engineering. He held positions leading the EMEA Customer Experience improvement team and also led the factory wide Product Quality organisation. He fulfilled a senior consultancy role supporting EMEA Sales and Marketing, and Sales Operations and also operated as a Snr. Project Manager on a number of major strategic projects.

Eddie began his career with Inland Kollmorgan with positions in Production, Production Management & Product Development. Following this he managed production and Quality functions for FEASA Enterprises .
