At Richardsons Foods, John was responsible for all operational activities including purchasing, warehousing, assembly and logistics.
VTC Mexico– Plant Manager
As Plant Manager, John was responsible for all operations at this CD / DVD Manufacturing plant. This included production, quality, process engineering, maintenance and facilities.
Ecotone Holland – Plant Manager
In this role John had full P & L responsibility for the manufacturing site. This included development and execution of the annual business plan.
Earlier Career
John began his career with Verbatim corporation and worked in various departments including quality control, maintenance, production and technical service. John spent 3 years on assignment in Asia working with Verbatim’s contract manufacturing partners.
Professional Highlights
- Led the operations team in support of 100% business growth over a 4 year period in Richardson’s Foods.
- Led the project team on relocation and start up of production lines from USA to Mexico.
- Co-managed the start up of a new 100,000 sq foot manufacturing operation in Mexico.
- Led the management team in business recovery / turnaround, Ecotone Holland.
- Implemented quality systems at Asian contract manufacturers culminating in Microsoft and ISO 9001 certification.
