LBSPartners – Marketing Manager

As LBSPartners Marketing Manager, Michelle is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of traditional and digital marketing activities, raising the profile of LBSPartners and the services we provide, whilst developing and building the in-house marketing function. She provides direct support to the business development team and manages website development, social media engagement, event/exhibition coordination, marketing collateral and content development.

Allianz Worldwide Care – Senior Marketing Executive

As part of the senior marketing team, Michelle developed and implemented the company’s client engagement strategy to meet business objectives in line with its brand strategy. She was responsible for the development of promotional campaigns to drive business and increase customer loyalty and oversaw all aspects of event management and sponsorship.

Canada Life International Assurance – Marketing Executive

Supporting the Head of Marketing, Michelle managed the implementation of Canada Life’s marketing strategy and business plan. In collaboration with other business unites, Michelle managed and supported the development of marketing campaigns, client service programmes, communications and business promotions. As part of her role, Michelle successfully launched a major new proposition for the Advisor facing marketing in the UK.

Earlier Career

Michelle spent much of her career in market research and customer service roles within the insurance sector. She is skilled in client engagement, website and content development, business planning, lead generation, strategic marketing, communications, branding and customer service.
