LBSPartners – Learning & Development Training Manager

Neasa has a wealth of experience in Learning and Development, having designed and delivered tailored training packages and workshops across large organisations. Having a strong background in coaching and advising management on challenging workplace issues, Neasa has also helped to identify and develop strategies to support Heads of Departments in extending their reach. As a result, Neasa’s core skills include effective communication, influencing at an organisation level, facilitating others in a learning environment and problem solving.

Alzheimer’s Society – National Programme Manager

As National Programme Manager, Neasa was responsible for the development and implementation of a flagship volunteering initiative. This involved developing an internal communications plan to encourage participation across the organisation, coordinating peer learning sessions, showcasing the success of the programme in achieving strategic organisational objectives and reporting to the Operations Leadership Team on the programme’s impact.

Earlier Career 

Neasa began her career delivering a series of Learning & Development lectures in University College Cork, then progressing as a researcher with the University of Limerick. Neasa also worked with Barnardo’s as a Learning & Development Assistant and People Advisor for managers in the Fundraising and Marketing department.
