David specializes in User Experience & Service Design management executive adept in People, Project, and Operations Management – experienced in tech, life science and professional services. He has over 20 years’ experience working across strategic and operational levels, enabling business growth through transformation, process review and service improvement with the user/customer.

In David’s previous role as lead contract service design consultant, he was entrusted with delivering a comprehensive Service Design solution for a set of digital transformation projects such as client engagement projects enhancing customer relationship value, design leadership projects delivering integrate service design principles into the project ensuring the end-user experience is not only intuitive but also aligned with the overarching strategic objectives and strategic mapping projects, aligning strategies and objectives with the vendors delivering solutions across the entire program including synthesise client needs, operate across diverse design disciplines, and cultivate an innovative culture has resulted in the successful implementation of solutions that align with organisational objectives.

David previously held the position of Service Leadership in TCP Homecare where he managed a range of multi-disciplinary operational initiatives, scaling a diverse hospital in the home service.

David has a wealth of knowledge of and experience in the following systems; Adobe, Microsoft suite, Monday as well as coding languages including Java, CSS, HTML, XML, SQL, Angular & jQuery.
